Poor service

I ordered golf balls which were in stock, I opted for the standard free delivery.It was more than a week before the item was dispatched, despite the money being taken from my credit card when ordered. I sent a chasing email to customer services but did not receive a response.I expected a slower delivery method, but not for there to be such a delay with dispatch.

Feel really let down

Feel really let down. Sent 2 emails regarding dissatisfaction with a product - just received a general reply - then got the cheek to send me this.

Joke of a service

Spent £250. Items failed to arrive in 10 days (8 business days). Organised it so that it would arrive in the week of holiday I have off. Completely ruined that. Sent an email to customer service and have received no response. Have spent half an hour on hold with customer service. Absolute joke of a service

Really disappointed with the delivery

Really disappointed with the delivery, still not received all of my order.No communication, no ability to track, no idea when anything will be delivered.The item (hybrid club) that was delivered was fine,but appears to have the wrong head cover with it.

extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order for a single golf club on 3rd JAN as a birthday present for my father and after weeks and weeks of unhelpful emails where I was given false information on the status of my order time and time again. FINALLY at no notice and completely out of the blue The order arrived on Friday 26th FEB, 7 weeks after I placed the order. It certainly did not arrive in the 7-14 days advertised on the website. I will not be purchasing from Clubhouse Golf again.

The trousers ordered came up extremely…

The trousers ordered came up extremely small compared to other brands, and I did not realise I had to pay for returns. For this reason I did not order from you for the next pair

Bad service

Will not be using them again! First order arrived before anticipated date, no problem. Placed large second order worth several hundred pounds, money taken immediately, still awaiting delivery almost a month later! Cannot get tracking information or satisfactory response from customer service.

The ordering and delivery process went…

The ordering and delivery process went smoothly. The golf bag is of good quality and as it was a present, will be well used once we are allowed to play golf again :-)
